Michael Baird was born in Toronto, but has been privileged to spend the last 45 years in Courtice Ontario. Michael has been selling real estate for over 35 years in the Durham Region. He is passionate about his community and does his best to volunteer and give back, working with Durham College, YMCA and the Clarington Central Lunch Buddies program. Michael is going into his 5th year holding a successful golf tournament which raises money for 3 local organisations in the Durham Region. One of Michael’s greatest achievements was seen when the Durham Region Association of Realtors awarded him with the Prestigious Community Spirit Award 2018 for his volunteering and charity work in the Durham Region. Through his community volunteer experience and trustworthy work ethic Michael Baird has built a tremendous client base and has been one of the top real estate agents in the Durham region for many years.

Michael Baird’s success has been brought about by a lot of hard work and a positive attitude but above all it has been achieved by his ability to develop an amazing team that  offers tremendous support and expertise in real estate and new home development sales.
