and new listings so far this year. Overall in Durham, there were 859 transactions with an average price of $936,166 in March 2024, holding relatively steady compared to March 2023, which saw 860 transactions at an average price of $925,151. Month over month so far in 2024, prices and sales have increased. This is a great sign for the remainder of 2024 for the local markets in Clarington, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Uxbridge and Scugog.
